Miscellaneous

• How can I buy a Gift Certificate?
  You can come in and buy one or pay over the phone and we will mail it for you.
• Will you Deliver?
  No. We are not currently offering delivery service.
• Can I Pay over the phone?
  Yes, we can process your payment (and even add gratuity) over the phone.
• Why do I keep getting sent to voicemail?
  During peak times the phone lines get busy. If it is during regular business hours please continue to call back until you reach a live person to place an order for today.
• I left a voicemail, when will you call me back?
  Within 24 hours.

Carry-Out

• Do you offer carry-out?
  We do! Call ahead or stop in and we'll create your favorite dishes packaged to-go!

Catering

• Does Vic's offer catering services?
  We would love to cater your party! We offer off-site catering or we can host small private parties for luncheons while the restaurant is closed to the public.

Special Occasions

• Can we have our party at Vic's?
  Vic's can host private parties of up to 25 people for luncheons from 11am - 2pm while the restaurant is closed to the public. Call us to discuss the details of your event.
• Can we bring in our own birthday cake?
  Unfortunately, we do not allow any outside food. We do have an amazing selection of delicious desserts available.

Reservations

• Do you take reservations?
  Unfortunately, due to the intimate dining setting, we do not take reservations or call ahead seating, but even at peak times the wait is never really longer than 25 minutes for parties of 4 or less. Parties of 5 or more may require a little longer wait time.
