To ensure you have the best dining experience possible, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance.
Reservation Policy
We encourage guests to make a reservation in advance. The best and only way to make Reservations is by phone.
Reservations are not required; however, we do set aside half of our dining room for parties of four or fewer, with the remaining space reserved for walk-in guests. Parties of five to nine are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.
To reserve a table, please call the restaurant directly. If you reach our voicemail, kindly leave a message and a member of our team will return your call.
As a small restaurant without a waiting area—and with our bar reserved for dining—larger groups can be challenging to accommodate. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.

Reserving your table ahead of time ensures that we can accommodate your party and provide you with the best possible dining experience.
Vic's is best experienced intimately. We kindly ask that you respect our 1.5 hour dining experience during peak dinner hours. If you would like more time, kindly plan your visit for 3pm, or after 6:30pm. We are a very popular dinner destination. We have been part of the Downriver Community for decades and we want to ensure that we are providing the best experience possible for all of our patrons.

“Can I make three separate reservations for four guests each to accommodate a party of twelve?”
Because we space reservations intentionally throughout the dining room to ensure attentive service, it’s unlikely that three tables would be available at the same time—and those tables would not be adjacent.
Our goal is to provide the elevated dining experience guests expect from Vic’s. With our intimate space and the pace of our kitchen, accommodating a large party at separate tables—especially during peak hours—would compromise both timing and quality.
For these reasons, we’re unable to accept multiple reservations intended to form one large group. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you in a way that allows us to serve you at our best.
